We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional guest services and contribute to a memorable resort experience for all guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out.
  • Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel.


Requirements:
  • Relevant hotel experience with OPMS knowledge and other Front Desk related systems.
  • Strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers.
