- Has experience in guest loyalty program for a hotel/ resort environments
- Knowledgeble in hotel's Front Office system such as OPMS

- Preferably has relevant experience with hotel/resort background
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership role in managing a team.
