We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our front desk team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to their queries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation and processing of payment transactions.
- Manage room assignments, modifications, and changes, communicating with guests and other departments as needed.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel property management systems.
