Our organization is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional front-desk support and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for clients and staff.
This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate appointments, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Process client payments, issue receipts, and manage billing enquiries in accordance with our policies.
- Facility Management: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable, and handle any maintenance or supply needs.
- Assist fellow colleagues with scheduling, client information, and other administrative support as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with scheduling or management software is desirable.
- A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
