
Front Desk Coordinator

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation. Key responsibilities include registering patients, answering phone enquiries, coordinating patient flow, managing records and billing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register patients at the front desk.
- Answer phone, email and in-person enquiries and help schedule appointments.
- Coordinate daily patient flow and assist with dentists' schedules.
- Manage patient records, billing and payment collection.
- Keep the clinic clean and ensure front-desk supplies are stocked.
Requirements:
- PSLE or equivalent qualification is required.
- Experience in clinic reception, customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively using basic computer programs (training on clinic software will be provided).
