We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physically and digitally.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
