Job Opportunity: Quality Control Inspector
Job Description:- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to conduct regular site inspections, identify defects in architectural, structural, and M&E works, and maintain proper logs of inspection activities.
- The ideal candidate will also be responsible for recording and reporting all defects found, with supporting photos and location markings, and assist in preparing defect lists, punch lists, or rectification reports for subcontractors.
- This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely rectification of defects.
- A minimum Diploma holder in a relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English language skills (both verbal and written) are also essential.
