- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform business strategy and ensure compliance.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience, ensuring that all business initiatives prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, economics, finance)
- A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
