**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global social enterprise with mission of creating a sustainable circular economy ecosystem. With increasing global footprint, they are looking for an up-and-coming business and strategy operation lead to help scale up the business operation.
Reporting to the global CEO, this role will be responsible for formulating the global strategy and business process ranging from competitive analysis, operational setup, program management design, business model and organisational structure development to investor relations tactics etc. Acting as the right hand person to the Global CEO, you will be working in a small lean team partnering with different division within a stat-up environment.
**The Successful Applicant**:
To qualify, you should be well trained in one of the global strategy/management consultancy firms (ideally at project leader/principal level). MBA degree from one of the top universities will be an advantage while you can either be a generalist as a strategy consultant or be working in sustainability practice currently. Strong passion in ESG/sustainability is a must while you need to be comfortable working in a social enterprise of entrepreneurial/start-up setting where agility and flexibility are important.Last but not least, you should be an energetic individual who is willing to get hands dirty.
