**Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational

initiatives.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans,

collecting and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis, and developing final
recommendations.
- Project/program prioritization and planning
- KPI planning, implementation and

achievement, resources allocations, and management
- Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and

programs in an assigned area.
- Perform regular data analysis to monitor and improve team performance and program

productivity, and use this data to proactively identify areas for process and procedure
improvement.
- Work with cross-functional and geographically spread teams to interpret and action

strategic business goals.
- Communicate findings to senior management and to the broader organization.
- Assist in core operational tasks, including compensation plan design, account

assignments, process design and documentation, and systems updates.
- Project manage ongoing programs and initiatives, assisting internal stakeholders to

launch new programs and successfully execute existing programs.
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing Strategy, Operations, or Program

Management.
- Experience working with senior-level clients or stakeholders.
- Strong team player, detail-oriented, organized, with an experience working with a team

of up to 25 employees
Preferred qualifications:

- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical,

reporting, and presentation skills.
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision

and organization that can scale quickly.
- Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks and a proven track record of

taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
- Motivated team player, proactive and action-oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior cloud technology knowledge and understanding, as well as prospecting experience

in Saas B2B sales or marketing, are strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
