About the Job

  • Drive the implementation of consumer and SME loan collection strategies regionally, including workflow design, phone collection, site collection, legal procedures, outsourced management, and more.
  • Collaborate with local teams to consolidate CRM system requirements and oversee implementation plans with Product/Development teams.
  • Manage Auto-Dialler systems, setting KPIs, monitoring reports, managing parameters, aligning call strategies, and initiating enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive outlooks and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Travel to local markets and provide training to collection teams.
  • Analyze data, create UAT plans, monitor key performance indicators, present findings, and recommend actions to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in data management and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and lead analytics projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or SAS is preferred.
