Position Overview:
OSG has an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing sales organization We are looking for a Business Development Director - Insights and Analytics, join our high-performing sales team. This role can sit anywhere in Europe. In this role, you will be an individual contributor building a sales pipeline and driving new business revenue across a variety of industries within regional territory. We are looking for a self-driven sales hunter with knowledge and experience in market research, and a passion for technology. This person must have a proven history for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals, be highly motivated, organized, and team oriented.
What you will do:
- Identify new business opportunities and key stakeholders, guiding deals quickly and diligently through our sales process from discovery to close
- Consistently build current and next quarter pipeline through outreach, events, target account research and other lead generation activities
- Maintain pipeline with diligence and timeliness to support accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting for current & future quarters
- Demonstrate timely actioning of leads, proposals, and prospect pitch follow-ups
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual quota and revenue goals
- Develop compelling pitch decks and insights from our platform and other internal sources for prospect presentations and outreach that align with prospects business issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level Account contact targets and champions
- Engage with internal stakeholders to collaborate on opportunities, share best practices and partner with cross-functional teams
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience selling Market Research, Customer Engagement or Consumer Insights tools
- Prior experience selling into a specific industry vertical, Consumer Goods, Pharma, MedTech, and Healthcare
- 7+ years of experience in technology and insights sales
- Strong executive presence, with a track record of relationship management at VP and C-Suite level.
