Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive our sales efforts in the data centre sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products or services to data centre owners or operators. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the data centre sector in the SEA market.
Identify and target potential customers, including data centre owners, operators, tenants, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on selling to data centre owners or operators.
Strong understanding of the data centre industry and its key players.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
Experience working with data centre technologies or infrastructure.
Familiarity with DCIM, Data centre software, or energy-efficient solutions for data centres.
