Senior HR Executive Job Summary:

This is a vital role within the Human Resource team where you will contribute to manpower forecasting, analysis, and reporting.

  • Support the development of staffing needs projections by collaborating with Planning Leads and stakeholders
  • Analyze data from HR systems to generate reports for manpower dashboards, providing insights into workforce planning and optimization
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel macros and tools to create meaningful workforce metrics and analyze data trends
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support manpower planning initiatives and ensure effective communication
  • Verify and validate manpower projections and establishment, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics, along with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas)

  • Experience with data visualization tools and strong organizational skills are also essential
