Desktop Support Specialist

You will be joining a well-established organization with over 15 years of experience in providing support to various industries such as IT, corporate, accounts, pharmaceutical, factories, etc.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a desktop and system support specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving errors and issues efficiently, as well as collaborating with vendors and working effectively as part of a team.

As a field engineer, you will be required to visit different enterprise infrastructures to provide on-site support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of operating systems such as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10
  • Installing MS Office versions from 2003 to 2016
  • Configuring Outlook email clients
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Troubleshooting printer and scanner problems
  • Diagnosing hardware issues with servers and systems
  • Familiarity with Adobe Reader, Acrobat, and AutoCAD at a basic level
  • Configuring battery inverters, CCTV systems, switches, routers, and biometric devices

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 to 8 years of experience in desktop and network support
  • Diploma or +2, B.E, or any degree qualifications are accepted
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
