**Job Title:** Assistant Manager, Vocational Licence
Join us to play a key role in managing feedback related to vocational licensing matters.
This is a unique opportunity to develop essential skills through structured guidance and mentorship in a high-pressure environment with demanding expectations and tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle feedback (outbound calls and emails) pertaining to Vocational Licensing matters.
- Provide clear and concise responses to members of the public via email or phone.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback efficiently.
- Familiarity with common office tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook etc. On-the-job training will be provided for use of internal systems.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Customer Service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong command of written and spoken English required, as all communication and feedback are primarily in English.
- Ability to speak other languages such as Mandarin, Malay and Tamil is a bonus.
- No prior work experience necessary.
As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
