Job Title: Sales and Business Development RepresentativeAbout the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales and Business Development Representative, focusing on promoting high-quality valves and actuators to various industries in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Secure and generate sales of valves and actuators to achieve company order targets.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Develop new business from scratch, targeting key clients and partners.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market surveys to gather information on potential business fields and expand sales.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with related divisions such as sales teams, warehouses, engineering, factories, and Japan HQ to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the valves, actuators, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate effectively with Japanese native stakeholders and customers.
  • Proactive attitude, analyzing situations and finding better ways to improve business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in presenting ideas and solutions.
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Ariba, and AutoCAD.
  • Team player with the ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on average industry standards for a sales professional in Singapore with similar qualifications and experience.
