
Resort Guest Services Liaison

The Call Centre serves as the central communication hub of the Resort, providing timely and professional assistance to guests via phone, email, and messaging channels.
Call Centre Agents handle a range of enquiries, requests, and coordination with relevant departments to deliver excellent guest services.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide up-to-date information to guests on products, services, and promotions within the Resort
- Handle a wide range of guest requests, including in-room services, amenities, hotel facilities, wake-up calls, and message handling
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups as required
- Assist and follow up on calls, service requests, and coordinate with relevant departments
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments for resolution
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification
- Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with the ability to attend to all guests with respect and patience under all circumstances
- Preferably with 1 year experience in a Call Centre or Command Centre environment
- Familiarity with relevant computer applications, such as OPERA, Knowcross, PABX, Wake-up Call System, and Outlook
