Guest Services Liaison
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a professional Guest Services Liaison to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying guest information and securing key cards accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including reservations, complaints, and compliments.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, promotions, and packages to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting, is an asset. Additionally, certification in customer service or a related field would be beneficial.
