Job Description

This role is responsible for operating the tram along the designated route, providing commentary to enhance guest experience, managing crowds and ushering guests at stations, and assisting with guest enquiries and feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum GCE 'N' Level and above, a Class 3 Driving License, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

They will also be able to work on weekends and public holidays, ensuring safety and service standards are always met.


Responsibilities
  • Operate the tram along the designated route and provide commentary to enhance guest experience.
  • Manage crowds and usher guests at stations. Assist with guest enquiries and feedback.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
