Car Park Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Car Park Operations team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, responsible, and enjoy challenges, hands-on work, and problem-solving.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for security and parking equipment at various car park sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Offer necessary training to teammates and end-users.
• Assist in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems.
• Work closely with the Technical Support and Customer Support teams both onsite and remotely.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English language.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in car park or security field preferred.
• Experience dealing with CCTV, network access, and other security devices is advantageous.
• Valid Class 2 or 3 Driving License required.
