Technical Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car park systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdown problems with car park equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on parking equipment, including replacement of parts and components.
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects at car park sites.
  • Resolve technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  • Be involved in start-up works of new car parks and hand over of car parks, including termination of telephone lines, arranging with contractors to install/remove signs, and coordinating with contractors to install/dismantle equipment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment.
  • Document maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions for spare parts, consumable items, and works orders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering background or its equivalent.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
