Car Park Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Park Equipment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and repair of car park equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic boards, CCTV and network issues.
  • Performing preventive maintenance, replacement of parts at car park sites.
  • Terminating different types of electrical, communication & fiber cables.
  • Resolving technical issues with customers, suppliers, vendors and contractors.
  • Installing, testing and commissioning car park systems.
  • Ordering and collection of parts for service jobs.
  • Documentation of service, maintenance and testing records.
  • Liaising with customers and providing end-user training.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
  • Class 2B driving license with own motorcycle.
  • Class 3 driving license optional.
  • Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is a plus.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of car park system, CCTV, alarm system or access control system.
  • Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
  • Possess analytical, problem-solving with strong end to end troubleshooting skills and good inter-personal communication.
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
  • Mature, pro-active working attitude and team player.
  • Able to work in the field independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
