Field Support Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team in car park technical support. This position requires hands-on work, problem-solving and maintenance of security and parking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting at various car park sites.
2. Prepare and submit detailed service reports and maintenance checklists after each session.
3. Assist in resolving technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors effectively.
4. Provide necessary training to colleagues and end-users.
5. Collaborate in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems including installation and commissioning.
6. Work closely with the Technical Support and Customer Support team both onsite and remotely.
7. Contribute to stock management tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A degree or professional certificate in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field is required.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English language are essential.
3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in car park or security field is preferred.
4. Possession of a valid Class 2 or 3 Driving License is mandatory.
