Parking Equipment Maintenance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Parking Equipment Maintenance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car park system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic boards, CCTV and network issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts at car park sites.
  • Terminate different types of electrical, communication & fiber cables.
  • Resolve technical issues with customers, suppliers, vendors and contractors.
  • Install, test and commission car park systems.
  • Order and collect parts for service jobs.
  • Document service, maintenance and testing records.
  • Liaise with customers and provide end-user training.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
  • Class 2B driving license with own motorcycle.
  • Class 3 driving license optional.
  • Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is a plus.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance of car park system, CCTV, alarm system or access control system.
  • Candidate with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
  • Possess analytical, problem-solving with strong end to end troubleshooting skills and good inter-personal communication.
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
  • Mature, pro-active working attitude and team player.
  • Able to work in the field independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
