- Attend to security service and car park management by tracking the feedback from the public.
- Ensure that all requests are followed up and closed properly
- Liaise with Security/Car parking vendor on manpower arrangement for daily operation.
- Keying in of Staff Entrance and Exit (SEE) System.
- Any ad-hoc duties required on Security/Car park matters.

**JOB REQUIRMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security and carpark management.
- Minimum NITEC in security/car park management.
- Good knowledge of security and car park management, especially design and implementation of physical security plans.
- Technical knowledge of security systems/equipment such as IDS, CCTVs, access control systems etc. and their integration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
