Operations Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Officer to join our organization. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of car parks, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily checks and maintenance of car parks to ensure optimal performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Auditing car park operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with car park systems and providing first-level support
  • Investigating and addressing enforcement matters in accordance with company policies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 'O' & 'N' Levels or equivalent education
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills
  • Able to possess own mode of transport (motorcycle)
