The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a group of car parks, ensuring efficient manpower deployment, and providing excellent customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who can motivate staff, ensure proper training, and maintain high levels of service standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector, with proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily car park operations within a group of car parks
- Plan and ensure efficient manpower deployment
- Co-ordinate and liaison with clients on operational issues
- Provide customer service and attend to feedback
- Perform timely revenue audit checks and car park inspections
- Liaise with customers' claims for refunds on erroneous charges
- Preparation of circulars and information for clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector
- MS Office proficient
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Possess own vehicle
