Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and innovation within our decentralized artificial general intelligence (AGI) ecosystem.

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing strategies to expand the ecosystem, working closely with the executive team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in product development, preferably in the Web3 and AI space, with a strong understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.

Serving as the ecosystem growth lead, this individual will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and efficient use of resources, contributing to strategic plans for adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish KPIs and OKRs.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and efficient use of resources.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to drive ecosystem expansion and boost community engagement and awareness.
Requirements
  • Strong relationships with protocols within Web3 and AI space.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in product-stage GTM, preferably in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Able to work with developers, empathizing with their needs and challenges.
  • High self-motivation, ideally with founder experience.
