Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for go-to-market and work closely with the executive team on establishing KPIs and OKRs.
  • Steward acquisition funnel development and implementation, adapting to the rapidly expanding scope of the ecosystem.
  • Design and implement growth strategies, facilitating dynamic conversations within the community that foster growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to strategically drive ecosystem expansion and boost community engagement and awareness.
  • Oversee daily operations within the ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Strong relationships with protocols in the Web3 and AI space.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.
  • Proven track record in pre/alpha product-stage GTM, preferably in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Able to work with developers, empathizing with their needs and challenges.
  • High self-motivation and ideally having founder experience.
  • Comfortable working in an applied research environment, managing high autonomy and navigating unpredictable timelines.
