Job Title: Decentralized Applications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Decentralized Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop secure smart contracts on various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
  • Build and maintain backend infrastructure for dApps using languages like Golang, Java, and Rust, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces for dApps using modern frameworks integrated with Web3 libraries.
  • Integrate dApps with blockchain networks, wallets, and decentralized protocols.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Web3 protocols, including consensus mechanisms, cross-chain bridges, or DeFi primitives.
  • Implement secure coding practices, conduct audits, and develop testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and security of smart contracts and dApps.
  • Optimize performance of blockchain interactions, gas efficiency, and backend systems to enhance user experience and reduce costs.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, blockchain engineers, and designers to deliver end-to-end Web3 solutions aligned with project goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full stack development experience, with at least 1+ years in Web3 or blockchain development.
  • Proven experience building dApps or working on Web3 protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies and Web3 libraries.
  • Familiarity with blockchain protocols and tools.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Golang, Java, or Rust for backend development.
  • Experience with smart contract languages like Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 ecosystems and blockchain concepts.
  • Knowledge of smart contract security best practices and auditing tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms.
