Lead Web3 & AI Innovator

We are seeking a visionary and experienced technology leader to drive the development of our custom Web3 platform, integrating with strategic partner APIs for seamless functionality. As Lead Web3 & AI Innovator, you will oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of our decentralized platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Ethereum, Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.

This role requires a strong background in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech, with a proven track record in building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams. You should have expertise in AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), including recommendation systems and personalization features. Additionally, full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with seamless API integrations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the design, deployment, and optimization of our custom Web3 platform
  • Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Ethereum, Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations
  • Leading the development of AI-driven features using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Mentoring a decentralized tech team and managing current IT full-stack engineer
  • Ensuring robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations
  • Partnering with the Product Manager to define roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices (Kubernetes, CI/CD)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech
  • Proven track record in building scalable platforms and leading remote or decentralized teams
  • Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch), including recommendation systems and personalization features
  • Full-stack proficiency (React for UI/UX, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with seamless API integrations
  • Cloud and DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized applications
