Web3 Product Management Opportunity

A seasoned leader is sought to oversee the lifecycle of a blockchain-based product, from inception to launch and ongoing optimization. This role combines traditional product management with the complexities and opportunities presented by decentralized technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product's vision, goals, and roadmap, incorporating market research and translating technical concepts into user-friendly features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, fostering close working relationships with engineers, designers, marketers, and legal/compliance teams to ensure timely product delivery and alignment.
  • Community Engagement: Engage actively with the community through forums like Discord and Telegram, gathering user feedback, and cultivating a loyal user base.
  • User Research & Experience: Utilize qualitative data, community feedback, and on-chain analytics to understand user behavior and pain points, designing intuitive and accessible user interfaces for decentralized applications.
  • Technical and Security Oversight: Possess a solid understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and security risks, coordinating smart contract audits and ensuring products are secure and reliable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in product management, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment, with experience in blockchain, fintech, or decentralized technologies being highly valued.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including Ethereum, Solana, and other protocols.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey product vision and priorities to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to think strategically, balancing long-term vision with rapid execution needs in the fast-paced Web3 landscape.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to stay current on new technologies and trends in the constantly evolving Web3 space.
