Web3 Technology Lead

The company is seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of its web3 platform and ecosystem. As the lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of NFT products into our membership platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our custom Web3 platform, integrating with strategic partner APIs for seamless functionality.
  • Architect and implement NFT-based products into the membership ecosystem, ensuring secure minting, wallet integration, and user-friendly access via smart contracts.
  • Lead the development of AI-driven features using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch to enhance user experience.
  • Build and mentor a decentralized tech team, including hiring senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist.
  • Ensure robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations in Singapore/Hong Kong markets.
  • Work with the product manager to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and align tech with business goals.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps for scalability and reliability of the decentralized platform.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in tech leadership, with 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech.
  • Proven experience building scalable platforms and leading remote/decentralized teams.
  • Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
  • Hands-on AI/ML experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, recommendation systems, personalization).
  • Full-stack proficiency with API integration.
  • Cloud/DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized apps.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Domain knowledge in travel/hospitality tech or NFT marketplaces.
