About the Job: We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to drive our web3 platform and ecosystem forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a decentralized tech team to build a scalable, user-centric solution leveraging Web3, AI, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our custom Web3 platform, integrating with a strategic partner's API for seamless functionality.
  • NFT Product Integration: Architect and implement NFT-based products into our membership ecosystem, ensuring secure minting, wallet integration, and user-friendly access via smart contracts.
  • AI Innovation: Lead the development of AI-driven features using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch to enhance user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a decentralized tech team, including hiring senior developers, an AI/ML engineer, and an NFT/blockchain specialist.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure robust security for Web3 transactions and compliance with global regulations in Singapore/Hong Kong markets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Product Manager to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and align tech with business goals.
  • Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps for scalability and reliability of the decentralized platform.
  • Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of Web3, NFT, and AI trends, advising leadership on differentiation opportunities.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years in tech leadership, with 3+ years in Web3/blockchain startups or fintech/travel tech.
  • Proven experience building scalable platforms and leading remote/decentralized teams.
  • Expertise in Ethereum/Solidity, NFT minting, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
  • Hands-on AI/ML experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, recommendation systems, personalization).
  • Full-stack proficiency (React (UI/UX Focused), Python, REST/GraphQL APIs) with API integration.
  • Cloud/DevOps skills: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD for decentralized apps.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities (scaled teams of 5–20+).
  • Domain knowledge in travel/hospitality tech or NFT marketplaces would be an advantage.
