Job Title: Visionary Technical Lead
We are seeking a results-driven Visionary Technical Lead to spearhead the technical vision, architecture, and execution across multiple product lines. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to ensure both scalability and security while delivering exceptional user experiences.

About the Role:

You will define and oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

Work closely with product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Establish and maintain best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.

Provide hands-on technical contributions when required while guiding long-term engineering direction.

Manage integrations with third-party services, vendors, and technology partners.

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend systems (e.g., Python, Java), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience building large-scale, secure, transaction-based systems or real-time, consumer-facing applications.
  • Proven ability to balance technical oversight with hands-on coding.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
