Job Title: Warehouse Management Specialist

Job Description:

The role of the Warehouse Management Specialist is to provide end-to-end support for manufacturing warehouse and logistics operations. This involves covering configuration, implementation, and integration of SAP EWM with a focus on decentralized setups to enhance inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
  • Work on decentralized EWM systems.
  • Configure solutions, write functional specifications, conduct end-to-end testing, and liaise effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of the EWM module, including POSC (Process-Oriented Storage Control) and LOSC (Layout-Oriented Storage Control).
  • Manage inbound processes such as Goods Receipt and putaway.
  • Oversee inventory activities including Physical Inventory, Scrapping, Repack/Packing, Consignment, and Subcontracting.
  • Handle outbound processes and replenishment to production/within EWM.
  • Work with Master Data and integrate with third-party logistics interfaces.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of hands-on SAP EWM configuration and implementation experience.
  • Familiar with decentralized EWM setups.
  • Working knowledge of MM, PP, and TM modules (advantageous).
  • Well-versed in inbound logistics, outbound operations, and inventory management processes.
  • Preferably experienced in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, or in a leadership role.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks under high-pressure conditions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
