We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Ecommerce Liaison Specialist.

This position involves managing customer inquiries, handling feedback and complaints, and coordinating logistics and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, tracking orders, and resolving issues related to delivery delays. They will also oversee daily tasks on the online store, including order management, subscription tracking, and basic backend edits.

In addition, the candidate will assist with marketing campaigns, product trials, and event preparation. They will also coordinate internal tastings and compile feedback for monthly product curation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in business, communications, or logistics (or relevant field)

  • Proficiency in reading/writing basic Japanese is preferred to liaise with Japanese stakeholders
