Job Summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Admin Officer/ Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage the recruitment process, including work pass administration and coordination with hiring managers.
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
    • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management for all employees.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits.
  • HR Operations
    • Support performance management processes, including probation and annual reviews.
    • Manage internship programs and coordinate with interns and supervisors.
    • Assist with employee counseling and disciplinary actions.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and record-keeping.
    • Assist with the maintenance of employee records and databases.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or higher in a related field, such as human resources or business administration.
  • Experience
    • At least 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as human resources or administrative support.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Well-versed in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
