Job Summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Officer to join our team. As an HR Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including preparing and maintaining HR-related documents, reports, and records.
  • HR Audits: Conduct audits of HR reports submitted by divisional HR & Admin Departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Expense Management: Audit expense reports submitted by various departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records, and other documents related to HR activities.
  • Communication: Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of office support equipment and in the development and evaluation of same.
  • Board Support: Maintain all patent files and process billing from patent attorneys as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR activities.
  • Reporting: Produce various reports and correspondence as requested using appropriate office equipment and software.
  • Vendor Management: Interview vendors for hotel rates, car rentals, vending services, confidential shred services, caterers, and janitorial services.
  • Project Support: Assist with various departments and divisions on any upcoming trainings or assigned projects upon request.
  • Visa Processing: Review visa process submitted by divisional HR & Admin Departments and ensure up-to-date on any requests or requirements.
  • Employee Benefits: Review and arrange annual health screening for employees.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR-related role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
