Key Responsibilities- Human Resources Management
- Manage manpower requirements, including recruitment and selection processes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Handle work passes, prepare employment contracts, and maintain personnel files
- Administrative Support
- Administer training-related matters, including coordination and enrollment of training courses
- Monitor and maintain employee personnel files
- Segregate employee contracts, certificates, and other documents
- Administer employee insurance claims
- Prepare staff payroll and attendance records
- Facilities Management
- Assist with building maintenance and facilities management
- Other Duties
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Education
- Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Infotech HRMS System is an added advantage
