Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at APP Engineering Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and contributing to the overall management of HR services, project administration, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as mail collection, stamping, and distribution, as well as maintaining conference rooms and booking schedules.
  • Support in events management, parties, and inventory management, including stationery, pantry items, and general sundries.
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly reports and support in employees onboarding and repatriation procedures.
  • Contribute to the team's shared responsibility in areas such as corporate website review, news systems review, HR policies, forms, and templates, ISO procedures, audit, and documentation, SOP and workflow, recruitment, building and asset management, vehicle management, project summary, milestones, track records, technical library, pantry and conference room, events management, and general safety and first aid.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
