HR and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administrative Assistant to join our team at SBM ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and Administration, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support and administration, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits
• Maintain accurate records in HRM systems and physical documents, such as payroll, employee records and leave entries
• Administer employee benefits programs, including annual leave, medical and insurance
• Process work passes applications, renewals, cancellations and monitor employment quota
• Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
• At least 1 year of HR working experience
• Coretrade experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
