Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: In charge of recruitment, retention, engagement, and other related activities to attract and retain top talent.

  • BCP and WSH: Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives to ensure our company is prepared for any situation and maintains a safe working environment.
  • Office Administration: Back-up for office administration duties, including reception, courier, pantry, and other related tasks to ensure a smooth operation of our office.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in any field, with HR being an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience as a senior officer.
  • Skills: Proactive and willing to take initiative, meticulous and analytical, able to work independently, take on different tasks, and work under pressure, good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, team player, and proactive.
  • Advantages: InfoTech and Sage skills would be an advantage.
