The HR Admin Executive will support our Human Resources department in various administrative functions. The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including chasing payments for the company and handling accreditation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Payment Chasing:
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare and send reminders and invoices. Coordinate with the finance department and clinical operations to resolve payment issues.Accreditation Matters:
Assist in maintaining and updating accreditations and certifications. Prepare documentation and submissions required for accreditation processes. Track expiration dates and renewal requirements for certifications.HR Administrative Support:
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling meetings and processing new hire paperwork. Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. Assist in offboarding of leavers.General Office Administration:
Provide administrative support to the HR team. Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation. Handle day-to-day office tasks and assist with office management. Any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR related studies preferred Diploma/Degree in Business/Accountancy/IT also welcome Willing to multi-task and have sense of urgency Able to work well as a team and independently Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel Good interpersonal and communications skills Being a good team player and being able to cooperate effectively with colleagues
