We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Institutional Trading Product Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring that our trading platform meets the evolving needs of institutional traders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of exchange and institutional trading markets, as well as experience in developing and launching successful financial products. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new trading products and features, working closely with engineering, design, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and market trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain expertise in market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory developments to inform product decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful financial products.
  • Deep understanding of exchange and institutional trading markets.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize initiatives effectively.
