Job Description

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various contact modes. Your primary role will be to handle customer inquiries with confidence and accuracy, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Register bookings for DHL Express services
  • Offer alternatives to customers and turn information calls into sales leads or identify additional value-added services
  • Respond to customer queries by providing accurate information consistently in all areas
  • Enhance the service experience by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer's needs and demands

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accept and register bookings for DHL Express services
  2. Offer alternatives to customers and potentially turn information calls into sales leads or identify other additional value-added services
  3. Respond to customer queries by providing accurate information consistently in all areas
  4. Enhance service experience in DHL Express by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer's varying needs and demands

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment or Telesales environment in a service industry
