Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

Job Description

This role is pivotal in managing our employer brand and employee communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and promoting our company's employer brand, ensuring effective and engaging communications with our employees.

  • Manage and maintain internal communication platforms to ensure timely dissemination of information.

  • Design and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate company townhalls to facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees, partnering with relevant teams to develop content and agendas that align with company goals and employee interests.

  • Create compelling, shareable content and campaigns for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and employee portals that represent what it's like to work at our organization.

  • Develop and deliver external recruitment messaging and engagement opportunities.

  • Support stakeholder engagement to deliver effective communications across the organisation.

  • Work closely with corporate communications and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or equivalent.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer/brand marketing or employer branding.
