**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the Subject Matter Expert for employer branding by providing the knowledge, external benchmarks and best practices to enhance SIA current employer branding
- Establish key employee value propositions that are aligned with market expectations as well as meet the aspirations of internal staff
- Develop an integrated strategy to promote employer branding effectively through various platforms and channels, including but not limited to career microsite, social media, recruitment events
- Conceptualise and design campaigns, assets and narratives to effectively communicate SIA employer branding
- Build brand ambassadors as well as create and articulate employee stories to support the employer brand
- Develop campaigns and communications to build brand advocacy amongst employees so as to strengthen company culture and core values
- Monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of campaigns and communications, to ensure that SIA remains the Employer of Choice in the talent marketplace

**Requirements**:

- Good degree with at least 5 years’ experience in roles driving employer branding initiatives
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well versed in using digital and social media to promote and communicate on employer branding
- Experience in working with analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver under tight timelines
- Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and network
- Resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to details
