Job Title: Architectural Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend technical meetings and site meetings with consultants to provide technical solutions.
  • Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
  • Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
  • Inform Project Managers/Construction Managers on any technical/site problems related to architectural works.
  • Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
  • Coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work and ensure the work is on schedule.
  • Assist Project Managers in preparing reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a qualification from a list of approved universities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination works.
  • Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizing abilities.
  • Able to work independently.
